Metropark, LLC is the real estate partnership of Louis A. Natale and Anne G. Rothwell. The Hood Plant was purchased by Metropark in June 1998, after 70 years of continuous dairy operations by Burlington Cooperative Milk Products (BCMP) and  HP HOOD, LLC.  The mixed-used building is home to a Buddhist Meditation Center, Designers, Photographers and other creative enterprises.
